On the auspicious occasion of the First Birth Anniversary of His Royal Highness the Gyalsey Jigme Namgyal Wangchuck, the Kathok Baylangdra Monastery and Situ Rinpoche offers prayers and best wishes for the long-life, good health and happiness of The Druk Gyalpo, The Gyaltsuen and The Gyalsey.
And to commemorate the birth anniversary, the Kathok Dharma Centre in Thimphu will conduct series of prayers as given below:
ཀཿཐོག། Samtenling Dharma Centre Programme on 5th of February 2017, (In Celebration of First Birth Anniversary of HRH The Gyalsey):
1. 1000 offering of Butter Lamp at Kathok Baylangdra Monastry;
2. 100 Offering to Drolma Tara;
3. Dedication to be made by Kathok Ngondro Practitioners towards evening (around 5:30 pm) with Cake and Tshog offering; and
4. Chanting of as many as possible, ‘Zhabten for peace, prosperity and security of Country’.
